Get ready for EOFY with the My Resolution Life Portal

Request the documents your customers need this EOFY from My Resolution Life. By mid-June, either you or customers can request certificates of currency and Centrelink Schedules. You’ll see these as options listed under “Request” on the quick links located on the left-hand side.

When we send the requested document to the customer (either email or post, depending on their communication preference), you or the customer can also view and download a copy from the portal. Please note as an adviser, you’ll only be able to view part of the Centrelink Schedule.

Login to My Resolution Life to access the above.

We’re also sharing online content on EOFY with customers.

Have you checked out all the features available on My Resolution Life yet? Learn how to complete all the tasks you can do on the portal with our new detailed guide. Follow step-by-step instructions on tasks such as downloading your client listing report, finding forms, viewing service requests and outstandings, and managing your staff’s credentials. Get the guide here.

We also still have more exciting features to launch on My Resolution Life for the rest of the year, including a self-service capability that allows you or customers to apply changes to their policy. For an overview of upcoming updates, visit our website.
