Introducing our Cover adjustment tool

The Premium calculation tool has been replaced with the Cover adjustment tool, that can be accessed via the My Resolution Life portal.

The tool allows you to:
•    Increase or decrease your customers sum insured – all in one place
•    Instantly receive updated quotes and cover options to discuss with your client 
•    Modify waiting and benefit periods with ease 
•    Submit a decrease in sum insured quote directly to us, with no underwriting required. 
•    Initiate an increase to the customers sum insured. These requests require underwriting and must be accompanied by a completed application form
•    Updates from Resolution Life will be provided within 3-5 business days after submission of all requirements.

The following products are eligible to obtain quotes via the tool:
•    Elevate Insurance
•    Resolution Life Insurance
•    Risk Protection Package
•    Owner/Driver Income Protection
•    Progressive Life Plan

Quotes for other products will need to be requested via the quote request form in My Resolution Life and will usually be sent within 1-2 business days but may take longer if the quote is complex. Please see below for step-by-step instructions on how to lodge your quote request online.

How to make a quote request  

What can I do?

Request all policy alteration quotes including increases, decreases, addition and removal of cover. Depending on the product and quote required, you may be able to obtain the quote immediately.

The below products are eligible to obtain quotes immediately

  • Elevate Insurance
  • Resolution Life Insurance
  • Risk Protection Package
  • Owner/Driver Income Protection
  • Progressive Life Plan

Quotes for other products will usually be sent within 1-2 business days but may take longer if the quote is complex. 

How to request it

  • Login to the My Resolution Life portal
  • Select or type in the customer’s policy number
  • Select the returned result
  • Select [+] icon within Customer Search results and select [View policy]
  • Select [Request a quote] in the left-hand menu at the top
  • Select [Cover adjustment] in the drop-down menu

What can I do?

Access the Elevate online quoting tool - a tool that supports new business and conversion quotes. The tool allows you to calculate a change to a customer's premiums and then apply those changes to the customer's policies. 

How to request it

  • Login to the My Resolution Life portal
  • Select [Quotes] in the left-hand menu
  • Select [New policy - Elevate online] in the drop-down menu
  • Follow the steps to obtain your quote
