What is changing?

Insurance quote requests will no longer be serviced over the phone. We have created a range of digital quoting solutions that will not only save you valuable time but provide you with a more convenient and seamless experience.

Depending on the product and quote required, you may be able to obtain the quote immediately. Quotes for other products will need to be requested via the quote request form in My Resolution Life and will usually be sent within 1-2 business days but may take longer if the quote is complex. Please see below for step-by-step instructions on how to lodge your quote request online. 

We are committed to providing you with a smoother and more efficient experience, and‌ this change will enable you to generate quotes quickly and conveniently.

How to make a quote request

Quotes for existing policies

Request all policy alteration quotes including increases, decreases, addition and removal of cover. Depending on the product and quote required, you may be able to obtain the quote immediately.

The below products are eligible to obtain quotes immediately

  • Risk Protection Package
  • Elevate Insurance
  • Resolution Life Insurances

Quotes for other products will usually be sent within 1-2 business days but may take longer if the quote is complex. 

  • Login to the My Resolution Life portal  
  • Select [Quotes] in the left-hand menu
  • Select [Existing Policy] in the drop-down menu
  • Select or type in the client’s policy number
  • Depending on the policy type, you will be directed to a selection window. Please select the relevant option and click [Next]
  • You will be directed to the insurance premium calculator, follow the steps to obtain your premium calculation

Quotes for a new policy Access the Elevate online quoting tool - a tool that supports new business and conversion quotes.  The tool allows you to calculate a change to a customer's premiums and then apply those changes to the customer's policies. 
  • Login to the My Resolution Life portal  
  • Select [Quotes] in the left-hand menu
  • Select [New policy - Elevate online] in the drop-down menu
  • Follow the steps to obtain your quote

Please use live-chat to enquire about a submitted quote request or to clarify any questions you might have.

  • Click Chat in the bottom right hand corner to chat to us

On the Resolution Life website

  • Click the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of this page to chat to us
  • Type [agent] and follow the prompts to be connected to one of our consultants

How do I onboard new staff to access My Resolution Life?

You can onboard new support staff to My Resolution Life, manage their details and activate or deactivate staff members. You also have the option of giving a specific staff member access to your portfolio. By doing this, you can create a whole-practice view for dedicated support staff members.

  • Log in to My resolution Life to set up your new staff member's access
  • Once logged in, you can select [Manage] then [Adviser Staff Credentials]
  • You can then send your staff member an invite by selecting [Invite New Adviser Staff] in the top corner
  • You simply need to complete some information to send your staff member an invite
  • Your staff member will receive an email in their inbox - they will need to click on the link within 24 hours of receiving the email to complete their login
  • Their username will be their staff email address
