Please note that the majority of our customers’ policies can now be viewed and managed through My Resolution Life. If you’ve logged into My Resolution Life and can’t view a customer, please contact our Adviser Registers team on 133 731, and select option 2, 6, 2.

Haven’t used My Resolution Life before?

Registering for My Resolution Life can be completed in a few steps.

If you are an adviser

You’ll need your alphabetical adviser code and to create a password. If you’re not sure which adviser code to use for My Resolution Life, you can contact us.

  1. Select Login to My Resolution Life on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Select Adviser/Licensee Login.
  3. Click on Set/Forgot your password? and follow the steps to set a new password. You’ll be prompted to enter your username – this will be your alphabetical adviser code.
  4. During this step, a security code will be sent to your own business mobile number or email address we have on record. Please see Not receiving your security code? for more information.
  5. Create your new password and submit.

Not receiving your security code?

My Resolution Life uses Two Factor Authentication. This means a security code is sent to your mobile number or email address (ie not general contact details for your practice) when you register for the portal.

We’ll generally send you the security code within 5 minutes. If you still haven’t received your security code after 5 minutes, please click on Resend.

Please note, you won’t be able to complete your registration if we haven’t got your mobile number or email address. Please chat with us online (select Chat in the bottom right corner) and provide us with your adviser code, your mobile number and your email address so we can update your profile. These details will only be used for registering you for the portal, and we won’t update your communication preferences.

If you’re still having issues with receiving your security code, please contact us.

If you are support staff

Your adviser will need to log in to the portal to set up your access. Once logged in, your adviser can select Manage then Adviser Staff Credentials. They can then send you an invite by selecting Invite New Adviser Staff in the top corner.

Your adviser simply needs to complete some information to send you an invite. You’ll get an email in your inbox – click on the link within 24 hours of receiving the email to complete your login. Your username will be your staff email address.

My Resolution Life is our online portal which allows advisers and customers to manage their Resolution Life products anytime, anywhere.

It has been built to help you provide exceptional service to your Resolution Life customers. You can use My Resolution Life to easily find your customers’ products, locate forms, manage your team’s access and more.

Will My Resolution Life be fully functioning ongoing?

Trying to deliver a perfect technology solution is complex and can take time. We’ve built My Resolution Life as a solid foundation, on which we’ll build upon over time by adding features.

We are committed to making enhancements every six weeks to improve the experience for you and your customers. As well as regular enhancements, we’re also listening to your feedback and will update where needed. We’ll keep you updated in our monthly Adviser Connect newsletter.

How do I register for My Resolution Life?

What are the benefits for customers?

My Resolution Life provides customers with a personalised experience tailored specifically to the Resolution Life products they have. Customers can use My Resolution Life to self-serve or request service anytime, anywhere. Learn more here.

How can customers register for My Resolution Life?

We’ll need to verify the customer’s identity first. All they’ll need is a copy of their annual statement on hand to answer a security question and click Login to My Resolution Life in the top right hand corner of our website.

Why can’t I see a customer’s policy on My Resolution Life?

Please note that the majority of our customers’ policies can now be viewed and managed through My Resolution Life. If you’ve logged into My Resolution Life and can’t view a customer, please contact our Adviser Registers team on 133 731, and select option 2, 6, 2.
