As you may have read in our newsletter last year, we are making changes to better inform customers about how inflation adjustment works and to give them easier ways to opt out should they wish to.
You and customers can now opt out of the inflation adjustment on their policy without having to call or email us.

Through My Resolution Life
1. Simply login to My Resolution Life. As an adviser, you’ll need to search for the relevant customer and go into Customer View first.
2. You or customers can search ‘inflation adjustment’ to bring up the form. Alternatively, you can also find this form on the left hand navigation:
