Adviser FAQs

Changes regarding former AIA Australia policies

What is my adviser ID?

Your adviser ID is an alpha-numerical code, issued to you by Resolution Life e.g. NCWB2-A. This is different to your AIA Australia (AIAA) Adviser code. If you have existing Resolution Life clients, this ID will already be in use. If you do not know your adviser ID, please email adviserregisters@resolutionlife.com.au

What is my sales ID?

Your sales ID is your former AIAA/ex-CBA sales ID - also referred to as your Commission Account Payment System (CAPS) Number, Adviser Site User ID or Agency Number. You will need this to apply for annuities in our quoting tool in the My Resolution Life portal.

What’s the difference between my adviser ID and sales ID?

When you log into My Resolution Life portal, your adviser ID is mapped to your sales ID. The sales ID will populate automatically in the quoting engine.
