To register for My Resolution Life, please follow the below simple steps. For your staff, see below.

  • On this website, select ‘Login’ on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  • Select ‘Adviser Login’.
  • Click on the ‘Forgot password’ link and follow the steps to set a new password.
  • Enter your username, which is your Adviser Code.
  • A security code will be sent to your own business mobile number or email address we have on record. Please see below for more information.
  • Create your new password and submit.

Not receiving your security code?

My Resolution Life uses Two Factor Authentication. This means a security code is sent to your own business mobile number or email address when you register for the portal.

We’ll generally send you the security code within minutes. However, it may take us a little longer during peak times. If you still haven’t received your security code within 5 minutes, please click on ‘Resend’.

Please also note, you won’t be able to complete your registration if we haven’t got your own business mobile number or email address. You’ll need to provide us with these details.

We’re here to help if you have issues receiving your security code or need to give us your contact details. Speak with our Portal Support team by calling 133 731 and following the prompts.

Need to give your staff access?

Once you're set up, log into the portal. On the left-hand navigation, select 'Update' and 'Adviser Staff Credentials'. Once you've set your team up, they'll need to also create their own password.
