Key document access through My Resolution Life
Your clients can manage their account and access documents for EOFY tasks through the My Resolution Life portal.
- Access and manage their account
- View policy details, statements and correspondence
- Download Centrelink schedules
- Request and download via the portal
- May be required for Age Pension assessments
- Review super and investments
- Check how their super is invested
- Review their latest statement
My Resolution Life portal makes it easy to access essential information.
EOFY documents for your clients
Documents are generally issued after 30 June once EOFY processing is complete.
Your clients can access the following from the My Resolution Life customer portal.
You should also be able to access these at the same time.

If your client cannot locate their EOFY documents, you can request a copy online Online enquiry form - Resolution Life.
Personal contributions and insurance payments can be made within the My Resolution Life portal.
Your clients can access this EOFY page for key information and steps on how to self serve through My Resolution Life portal, including managing their account, reviewing their super, and downloading documents such as Centrelink schedules.

You can access the following EOFY documents in My Resolution Life portal by following these step-by-step instructions:
Income Protection (IP) Tax statements
IP tax statements are automatically generated from late July for open policies only.
To access these statements:
1. Log in to My Resolution Life portal.
2. Statements and correspondence → View Client statements and correspondence

3. Enter the client’s policy number or contract number

4. Once you select Search, the relevant statements will be available for downloading.
If the policy is closed and you require access to the documents, please Contact us.
Certificate of Currency
1. Log in to My Resolution Life portal.
2. Search for the client’s name or policy number
3. Click on the returned results to go to the client’s dashboard.
4. On the client’s dashboard, Documents and Forms → Certificate of currency

5. Download certificate (if instantly available, otherwise submit request)

Please allow 3-5 business days for any submitted request to be processed.
Centrelink schedule
1. Log in to My Resolution Life portal.
2. Search for client’s name or policy number
3. Click on the returned results to go to the client’s dashboard.
4. On the client’s dashboard, Documents and Forms → Centrelink schedule

5. Select the check box and Submit
