Resolution Life Australasia have made some changes to the way we support our advisers.
To ensure your queries are attended to promptly, please direct your emails and requests through to the relevant teams listed below rather than directly to Business Partnership Managers or Adviser Support Managers.
To better serve our various distribution networks, we have created a number of access points for advisers to use.
- For all policy queries, we have developed a new Click to Chat feature on our My Resolution Life Portal. This service will connect you to a staff member that will assist you in resolving the query or alternatively direct it to the appropriate area for attention.
- Advisers and their staff can also send an email with their queries. This will place your issue into our workflow and it will be allocated and addressed in line with our service standards. Please direct your queries as per the table below to ensure they go to the team best suited to help.
- Alternately, advisers and their staff can call the call centre on 133 731 and select the relevant option to access the support required.
