Last month, we let you know that we were sending our Life Matters newsletter to all customers with a valid email address on file. Life Matters is our quarterly newsletter full of tips and insights for customers.

Update on surveys to be sent to customers
In last month’s newsletter, we let you know we’re emailing existing Resolution Life customers a link to complete a short, anonymous survey. In case you missed the update in our latest newsletter, we wanted to let you know that the survey launch was delayed and will be sent later this month to customers.
Our survey aims to gather feedback and insight regarding their experiences and expectations with Resolution Life. Further information about the survey can be found in our last customer update.

We’re committed to helping our customers better understand the products they hold with us, so they can make informed financial decisions. We send our customers supporting information at key moments to educate them on their options, and encourage them to reach out to their financial adviser.
