To start the process:

| Between 30 and 90 days | You’ll need to answer a few questions by completing this online form. Then make the required payment. |
| More than 90 days (or you were unsuccessful in the earlier options) | Apply to reinstate your insurance by completing this application form then email it to insurance@resolutionlife.com.au |
