If you have received contact from us about a missed premium payment, you can make this payment via BPAY, credit card, or by contacting us.

If your policy has lapsed, or in other words, cancelled due to non-payment of premiums you may be able to reinstate your policy within the first 90 days by completing the online application form below:

For unsuccessful digital reinstatements or after 90 days from lapse date you may apply to reinstate your insurance by completing the following application. Please complete in full and email to insurance@resolutionlife.com.au
