A unit trust product is an investment vehicle where you purchase units in a trust fund. Your money and money from other investors are pooled together and invested in different asset classes (such as cash, property, shares) by the fund manager for your provider. The fund manager then has responsibility to invest these pooled funds, considering the risk and return measures for the investment and asset class you have invested in.
These products are no longer open to new business.
Delays to Commonwealth Investment Fund (CIF) Quarterly Statements
An unexpected technical issue has caused a delay in the delivery of the CIF quarterly statements for 30 June 2024 and 30 September 2024. We are close to resolving these issues and expect to issue statements late January to early February.
