- Use the BPAY® biller code and Customer Reference Number on your latest payment notice or annual statement.
- Log in to your online, mobile, or phone banking.
- Select BPAY®, your preferred account and enter all other required details.
Important information
The sponsor financial institution for direct debit service ID 639872 will be migrating from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia to Westpac Banking Corporation, effective 26 April 2024. While the change in sponsor financial institution has no impact to the existing policyholder direct debit agreement, there will be one-off direct debit scheduling impacts for certain policyholders. Impacted policyholders have been contacted directly by Resolution Life to ensure they are aware of the one-off impacts.
