A Plan Summary gives you a comprehensive overview of your Resolution Life policy, helping you stay informed and up to date. Depending on the product, it can include:
- Product details
- Insurance details
- Investment details
- Premium details
- Payment details
- Adviser details
How do I access the plan summary?
It’s easy! Access in 3 easy steps:
- Log in to My Resolution life
- Select your policy from the dashboard to view policy details
- Select Documents & Forms and then Plan Summary to download the plan summary
Which products is the plan summary available for?
Plan summaries are available for most products, with a few exceptions:
- Lifestream Guaranteed Income
- Tailored Annuity Plan
It’s important to note that any recent changes may not be reflected in the plan summary.

Making extra super contributions just got easier
We've recently introduced a new way for you to make additional super contributions through your online portal, providing quick access to all the information you need in one convenient place.
The new Make additional contributions feature allows you to view your BPAY details, including your Customer Reference Number (CRN), directly in the portal. This means you can easily find the information necessary to make a contribution, without having to search through previous correspondence.
Where you can find this feature
Simply log in to the My Resolution Life portal and navigate to:
- Payments and transactions → Make additional contributions.

- Flexipol Investment
- Goldline Savings and Protection Plan

Check your eligibility before you contribute
The portal shows if you’re eligible to make contributions, based on your account type.
For example:
- If you’re aged 67–74, you’ll see a reminder about the work test requirements.
- If your product can no longer accept additional contributions, you'll see a message about this.
This provides greater clarity about the contribution options available for your account.
Make payments your way
You now have more flexibility in how you can make contributions:
- BPAY: use your personalised details to make transfers from your bank.
- Card payments: contribute directly through the portal using a secure card payment option.
This provides a convenient and secure way to make additional contributions to your account.
