Assess Your Coverage
Life is full of milestones, and your financial situation may have evolved since you first took out your life insurance policy. Perhaps you’ve progressed in your career, purchased a home or investment, or have grown your family. My Resolution Life enables you to review your coverage so you can decide if it still adequately protects your loved ones and assets, whilst you think about your potential asset value and financial needs. To view your cover, select the ‘manage my cover’ menu option and choose the action you’d like to take.
Update Beneficiaries
It’s important to ensure the accurate reflection of your intentions in your coverage are kept up to date as your life changes; My Resolution Life allows you to review and update your beneficiaries, allowing you to prioritise the future well-being of your loved ones. To review and update your beneficiaries, select the ‘beneficiary details’ menu option under ‘my profile’.
Update smoker status
If the insured person on your policy quit smoking over 12 months ago, you can apply in My Resolution Life portal to have your smoker status reviewed. If accepted, this update may decrease your premium. To apply for a review of your smoker status, select the ‘update smoker status’ menu option under ‘manage my cover’.

TIP: If you haven’t used My Resolution Life before, we’ll need to verify your identity. Have a copy of your annual statement ready so you can easily answer a security question.
