When we update or improve the features of our product range, we may pass some or all of those changes onto existing plan holders. These updates are automatic - there is nothing you need to do.

The terms of your plan are set out in the Insurance Schedule and Policy Document(s), which together form your contract with us. You received these when your plan commenced with us. Please refer to these documents for further information.
Every year, you will also receive a renewal notice from us which contains information about your insurance plan, plan commencement date and your sum insured.
